Dieting

With all of the different diets and advice available about food and nutrition it is not suprising people are confused. Our own research and desire for the correct information has taken many years. We hope that by sharing what we we have found and what has worked for us you can get the results you deserve.


The main thing we have discovered is that to maintain a healthy weight restricted calorie diets are not sustainable. A healthly diet has to be varied, tasty and still include your favourite foods. If it is boring and restrictive it is almost impossible to maintain for any period of time.

We have found the following two systems or diets, if you would like to call them that, to be the best for us.

The Every Other Day Diet and Eat Stop Eat.
