At least I think so. So does hormone expert Dr. Holly Lucille.
Holly's idea of balance goes beyond day-planners and schedules. She talks about "internal" balance: Balance between your natural hormones to help create energy, lower bodyfat, and jacking up your sex.drive.
Good stuff.
I wanted to give you this today. It's an excerpt from Dr. Lucille's fantastic book, "Creating and Maintaing Balance." Pick it up here freee:

You must keep searching for your BEST diet.
Maybe you are best suited for a higher protein diet with extra reward meals, like The Every Other Day Diet. (I follow this on weekends and don't gain any fat, even after a weekend. Impressive.)
Or maybe you would be better off with Eat Stop Eat. (We use this, and recommend EVERYONE does at least one fast in their life. A real eye opener.)

Dieting
With all of the different diets and advice available about food and nutrition it is not suprising people are confused. Our own research and desire for the correct information has taken many years. We hope that by sharing what we we have found and what has worked for us you can get the results you deserve.
The main thing we have discovered is that to maintain a healthy weight restricted calorie diets are not sustainable. A healthly diet has to be varied, tasty and still include your favourite foods. If it is boring and restrictive it is almost impossible to maintain for any period of time.
We have found the following two systems or diets, if you would like to call them that, to be the best for us.
